This team building activity is determined to be carried out in Sanya, Hainan, and the team building time is as long as 5 days. The team set off on April 17 and flew to Hainan. Arrived at Sanya Yanoda Rainforest Cultural Scenic Area the next day, and all the staff participated in the waterfall and water activities.

At the beginning of the event, all members understood the importance of mutual help. The wearing of activity equipment is more complicated, and some employees cannot complete the wearing of the equipment independently. Under the explanation of the staff in the scenic area, the employees helped each other and finally completed the wearing of the equipment.

  

Many levels were set up throughout the event, but JOIN-GOAL employees were not afraid of the suffering of the level and actively challenged the level. Crossing streams, water tire bridges.... The difficulty of the level is constantly escalating. The employees follow the stream and go up the river. The bumpy stones along the way have not become a hindrance, but have become a unique scenery on the road.

     


    

The last hurdle in particular aroused the desire of JOIN-GOAL employees to challenge. The last level is set at a small waterfall. To break through the level, you need to be in the small waterfall, feel the stones and go upstream. The only props you can use are a rope. The total height of the small waterfall is more than ten meters, and the water flow is relatively turbulent. In the face of challenges, some employees are a little timid, but still express their desire to challenge and are unwilling to give up. In the end, Dr. Qi was the pioneer and started the journey of conquering the waterfall.

    

The water flow in the waterfall is turbulent, and the employees walking in the front gradually find a suitable path, and remind the climbers behind to the looseness of the stones under the feet, so that the climbers who follow up from the rear can find a suitable footing position. Employees who reach the finish line first will also pass on their experience at the finish line to those who climb later, and extend their hands at the finish line to help subsequent climbers successfully climb to the top. In the process of accumulating experience, the climbing time of the employees who climbed later was greatly shortened. In the end, all members of JOIN-GOAL successfully completed the waterfall and water challenge, and the overall time of the final climbing challenge was reduced by 30% compared with the estimated time.
